Orders can be changed within 24 hours following order placement as long as the order has NOT shipped. Once the order has shipped we CAN NOT make ANY changes to the order. Please contact us via Email to make a change to a current order.
IMPORTANT: If we receive an item that is NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund we will contact you regarding the situation. You will then be responsible for shipping charges to have the item shipped back to you. In the event that you decline shipping charges or if we do not hear back from you within 5 days of attempted contact we will discard the item and the item will no longer be available to be returned to you. No refunds will be processed for these situations.
In the event that you have received a defective or incorrect item; please contact us via email along with supporting photos of the received merchandise within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please check the specified shipping timeframe for EACH item you are purchasing as timeframes can vary for each item.
If you need an item sooner than the specified timeframe, first check to see if the item qualifies to apply our rush order/shipping upgrade, then proceed by selecting the shipping upgrade of your choice. *NOTE: We can NOT guarantee the arrival of any order but do our very best to ship your order out as soon as possible.
If you have provided an incorrect address or require a change of address on your order, please contact us ASAP. We will be able to change the address on your order as long as the order has NOT shipped. If the item has shipped and is returned to us we will cancel the order and issue a refund for the purchase price of the item only. Will are NOT responsible for an incorrect address that was provided and shipping will NOT be refunded under these circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We ship Monday-Friday unless a holiday closure falls during the week. Each order is shipped through USPS and contains a tracking number.
We are NOT responsible for delayed transit times affected by USPS.
Once we ship your order we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the package. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages by USPS. Please contact them directly with your tracking number to gain information regarding your package details and whereabouts or to file a claim.
Since we produce several items in house we are able to accept custom orders on certain items.
Custom order are NOT eligible for refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
